Import Trade History
Upload your historical trades via CSV. Limit: 500 rows per upload to ensure stability.
Step 1: Download the Template
To ensure your data maps perfectly to our database, please download our formatted template. Do not change the header row.
Step 2: Format Your Data
We use a "One Row = One Leg" system. To combine multiple legs into a single long-running trade (like a Wheel Campaign), simply give every row the exact same Campaign_Start date. The system will group them together automatically!
💡 Smart Assignments: If you mark a put or call as
Assigned, the system will automatically buy or sell the 100 shares for you. You do not need to manually create "Stock" rows for assignments!

Allowed Values Dictionary
Strategy
- Wheel: The classic Cash-Secured Put to Covered Call cycle.
- Single Option: A standard Long or Short Put/Call.
- Strangle / Straddle: Multi-leg short setups.
- Vertical / Calendar Spread: Directional multi-leg setups.
- Iron Condor: 4-leg neutral setups.
- Stock: Pure stock buying/selling (No options).
Leg_Type
- CSP: Cash-Secured Put.
- CC: Covered Call.
- Put: Standard Put (Long or Short).
- Call: Standard Call (Long or Short).
- Stock: Underlying stock shares. Note: Action must be "Buy" or "Sell". Strike acts as the share price.
Optional columns (can be left blank)
- Account_NLV: Your account value when the campaign started (kept for reference).
- Campaign_Status: Active or Completed. Leave blank and the importer works it out: a campaign with an open leg, or still holding shares from an assigned put, is Active.
- Campaign_Ref: any short text (e.g. A, B) to keep two campaigns apart when they share a symbol and start date; rows are grouped into one campaign by Symbol + Strategy + Campaign_Start + Campaign_Ref.
- Dates: type them in your account's date format (see My Account), or as YYYY-MM-DD, which always works.
Status
- Open: The position is currently active.
- BTC / STC: Bought to Close or Sold to Close. Used for closing both options and stock.
- Expired: Option expired worthless. (Requires 0.00 Close Price).
- Assigned: Option was exercised. (Auto-buys/sells the stock!).
- Rolled: Closed to open a new leg further out in time.
- Liquidated: Forced closure by your broker (e.g., margin call). Use to track broker liquidations on options or stock.
